TAP JOURNALISM INTERNSHIP - Armenia Students
The TAP Journalism Internship for Yerevan-based students partners with EVN Report, a leading local media organization, to train and support young journalism students studying journalism in Armenia.
EVN Report is an independent, non-profit online weekly magazine that offers a mix of reporting, analysis and commentary on politics, economy, culture, tech and innovation, the arts, as well as compelling narratives, podcasts and multimedia storytelling.
Working closely with EVN Report’s team of journalists, editors and content creators, TAP Interns will gain hands-on experience in international journalism, develop publications and digital news products, learn firsthand how a newsroom works, as well as refine research, writing, production and communication skills.
Interns are provided a stipend $100/week for up to six months. Hours, details and duration of internship are coordinated with each accepted applicant.

Requirements
Undergraduate or graduate student in journalism, communications, international relations or related fields with excellent grades.
Able to work in-person in Armenia 30 hours/week for a minimum of 10 weeks.
Fluent in English with strong written and oral communications skills
Working knowledge of Armenian is required
